Hand Crafters and Non-profit Tri-town organizations
Commercial vendors are not accepted.

General Regulations

Craft Exhibitors

All Crafts must be handcrafted by you, there are no exceptions to this. In order to maintain a high quality, well-balanced show, the jury reserves the right to limit craft categories that are over-subscribed. Previous participation does not guarantee your acceptance into the festival. Please display the same type of craft throughout your booth. Demonstrations of your craft are encouraged. The Topsfield Historical Society has the right to remove any offensive products that do not comply with regulations.

Food Exhibitors

All food items must be handcrafted by you, no exceptions allowed. Exhibitors selling specialty foods (candy, dip mixes, salsa, etc.) must obtain a Food Service Permit from the Topsfield Board of Health 978-887-1520.

Photographs:

Judging of exhibitors applications will be based on your high quality photographs. All entries will be reviewed by a jury and the decision of the jury is final. If necessary, photos may be mailed with your application, they can be returned.
Please submit via email the following:
  1. A photo of your booth display
  2. Indication of price range.
  3. At least two close-ups of crafts expected.

All applicants must have updated contact information, including email address so that we may notify you via email on the status of your application. Please Note: All Craft Exhibitors are required to have a Massachusetts Tax ID number submitted.

Set-Up/Day Of:

Tents may be set up Friday after 5:00 PM Registration will begin promptly at 7:00 AM Saturday. Any exhibitor not registered by 9:00 a.m. may forfeit their space without a refund to an exhibitor on our waiting list.

Miscellaneous:

There is no smoking or drinking on the common during the Festival. The Topsfield Historical Society has the right to remove any offensive products that do not comply with these regulations.
